3. How to use epoxy potting compound

1. The product to be encapsulated needs to be kept dry and clean;

2. Please check Agent A before use, observe whether there is sedimentation, and mix Agent A well;

3. The amount is taken according to the ratio and the weighing is accurate. Please remember that the ratio is the weight ratio rather than the volume ratio. After the A and B agents are mixed, they must be fully stirred to avoid incomplete curing;

4. Please fill the glue in time after mixing evenly, and try to use the mixed glue within the usable time;

5. After infusion, the glue will gradually penetrate into the gaps of the product. If necessary, please perform the second glue injection;

6. During the curing process, please keep the environment clean to prevent impurities or dust from falling onto the surface of the uncured glue solution;

7. Before using it in large quantities, please try it in a small amount to master the use skills of the product to avoid mistakes.

4. Notes on epoxy potting compound:

1. This product will begin to solidify gradually after mixing, its viscosity will gradually increase, and some heat will be released;

2. The more the amount of glue mixed together, the faster the reaction and the faster the curing speed, and it may be accompanied by the release of a lot of heat. Please pay attention to control the amount of glue at one time, because the reaction time is faster because of the faster reaction It will be shortened. The mixed glue should be used up as soon as possible;

3. Usable time: refers to the time that the viscosity of 100g of mixed glue doubles under 25 ℃, after the operable time, the glue can never be used;

4. Very few people may experience mild skin allergies and mild itching during prolonged contact with glue. It is recommended to wear protective gloves when using. Wipe them off with acetone or alcohol and clean them with detergent.
