The development of the above-mentioned equipment has been going on for more than 5 years. Currently, the printing speed of the two-piece can printing machine can reach 2400 cans/minute, and due to the adoption of the latest automatic printing plate and blanket replacement technology, the exchange order is greatly shortened. Time; and digital metal printing machines tailored for metal color printing are based on Nestle's standard food-grade water-based traditional inks, capable of 4-color digital printing on metal sheets with a maximum web size of 1000mm x 1200mm. This printer includes automatic or manual feeding and receiving, printing speed of 200 square meters / hour -300 square meters / hour.
The more stable and fidelity of color is the biggest advantage of the two printing devices. KBA has once again successfully applied metalless printing to the mature technologies of commercial rotary digital printing and newspaper printing. Therefore, the latest two-piece cans and ten color printers can achieve overall efficiency up to 25% higher than other current printers. . The digital metal printing press is designed for the printing of three single food and beverage cans for small singles. The printed products are characterized by high adhesion, scratch resistance, deep drawing, molding and high temperature sterilization.
Two-piece cans, ten color printers and digital metal printers can be integrated with existing production lines and production processes. KBA expects that these two metal color printing machines will be the same as the famous “Iron Star” multi-color metal color printing machines. Can add another color to China's metal packaging and printing industry.
