Since May, four sets of coke oven flue gas denitrification devices using the denitrification technology of the Energy Environmental Engineering Research Center of the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences have been commissioned and put into operation. The Dalian Institute of Energy Environmental Engineering Research Center has been focusing on the technology of coke oven flue gas denitrification since 2013, and has developed a high-efficiency low-temperature catalyst for the characteristics of the coke oven flue gas. In 2015, the first set of coke oven flue gas denitrification industrial demonstration equipment from Jiangsu Yanzhou Coal Coking Co., Ltd. was provided with a catalyst and process package. In 2016, the company continued to denitrify the remaining three coke ovens. These four sets of denitrification devices operated smoothly over a period of more than one year. They played an important role in reducing the emission of nitrogen oxides in the coke ovens of the company and meeting the emission standards. They also played a good role in the demonstration of the treatment of flue gas denitrification in the national coking industry. .

This year, the denitrification technology of Dalian Institute of Chemical Industry continues to be applied in the coking industry. Since the newly commissioned four devices have been used since commissioning, the nitrogen oxide concentration at the outlet of the denitrification device can be reduced to less than 100mg/m3, which shows a very good denitrification effect and ensures that the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides in the coke oven flue gas is met. The most stringent emission standards.

Up to now, eight sets of coke oven flue gas denitrification devices using Dalian Institute of Technology have been put into operation, and another three devices are in the design stage. The operation of these devices will reduce nitrogen oxide emissions by nearly 20,000 tons per year. China's air pollution governance has made positive contributions.

1.Motor and controller:

The garage door operator is designed for residential overhead sectional and tilt doors.

2.spring break device:

Sectional doors are hinged and they bend in the tracks as the door opens and closes. Many of these doors are counterbalanced with extension springs, also designated "stretch springs," and they have seven characteristics. The length is the measurement of all the coils pressed together. This, along with the inside diameter of the coils and wire size - the thickness of the wire from which the springs are made - determine the stretch, the distance the spring is extended - normally half the door height, and pull, the force the spring pulls when stretched its normal length. The type of ends determine how the ends of the spring are mounted. The initial tension is the percentage of pull needed to separate the coils. This is determined by the pitch with which the springs are wound. On sectional garage door springs this is normally 15 percent. For example a 100 pound pull spring requires 15 pounds of weight to separate the coils; when a door is open the two springs will support 15 pounds of door weight without any stretch.

Most extension springs are made of oil tempered wire. These are normally coated or painted. Some springs are made of galvanized wire.
