The general classification of aluminum silver paste

[China Aluminum Network] The main structure of aluminum paste: Aluminum paste consists of aluminum powder, solvents, additives.
1. Aluminum paste can be divided into two types: floating type and non-float type. Floating type silver paste floats on the coated surface due to its low surface tension. It has extremely high reflective and chrome plating effect, but aluminum sheet is easy to paint. The surface of the film falls off, causing difficulty in recoating. It is used in applications such as corrosion protection, roofing, tanks, etc. Non-floating silver paste can be completely wetted by the paint, uniformly distributed throughout the paint film, and has a tendency to sink. Solid and stable, it can be re-painted and used in a wide range of applications such as transportation, furniture, electronic products, and coils.
2, the use of aluminum silver paste:
Widely used in automotive paint, motorcycle paint, bicycle paint, plastic paint, architectural paint, ink, mobile phone shell and buttons, electrical and mechanical enclosures, electrical enclosures, metal paint, and many other fields, but insoluble in water-based paint, silver paste is a solvent type .
3, the correct use of pulp:
(1) Add an appropriate amount of organic solvent to the silver paste and stir at a slow speed. If the agitation is too fast, the surface coating of the silver paste will be destroyed.
(2) Fully soak, disperse and open the container, use it as soon as possible after opening, and seal it well. (3) The aluminum silver paste should not be exposed to the rain, and should be stored in a dry room (below 35 degrees Celsius). The storage time should not be too long. Once the package is opened, it should be used as soon as possible. If it cannot be used once, it should be completely sealed immediately to prevent the solvent in the aluminum paste from evaporating. The storage time is too long. Please check it before use.
4, Pulp in the coating and other problems and solutions:
a. The silver paste itself is a malleable sheet with a wrought outer coating. Excessive acid value (below 15 is appropriate) and long-term continuous processing and high-speed stirring will damage the surface coating and Its own integrity, which leads to black paint, reduced hiding power, coarse film and other undesirable phenomena, this phenomenon, should adjust the process flow and processing time, stirring speed.
b, difficult to disperse: mainly caused by the solvent, improper use of the resin, can be appropriate deployment of new resins, solvents, if it is because the product is too thin and difficult to disperse, can be appropriate to extend the soaking time, and the average speed to be stirred.
c. If the product turns dark during use, yellowing may result in poor sealing and cause the product to oxidize and turn black. If yellowing occurs, the main reason is that the baking temperature is too high. Should be baked at a suitable temperature (not more than 500 degrees is appropriate)
d. There may be poor leveling of silver paste in the use of building materials. When there are adverse reactions in this area, please redeploy the solvent and adjust it according to the performance of the resin, because this may be a solvent, resulting in improper use of the resin. .
e. Particles on the surface of the spray may be due to oxidation blackening. Dispersion is not good, or is caused by impurities in the product. If it is because of oxidation, it should be re-tested. If it is particles that contain impurities, it should be filtered with filter cloth before deployment (filter cloth Should be 325 mesh)
f. The addition of silver paste in the ink should be determined by the customer itself, generally 6% -10%
g. Addition of a proper amount of dispersant or other related additives to the silver paste will improve the dispersibility and optical grinding of the aluminum paste, depending on customer needs.
