The doors and windows of the building are the components of the building's peripheral structure. It is the most sensitive part of the building's heat exchange. Therefore, the production of thermal insulation and energy-saving aluminum alloy doors and windows should also be considered from these three aspects.

1. Aluminum alloy profiles

Aluminum alloy materials are good conductors of heat, and the thermal conductivity is mostly high. To make the heat-insulating glass, it is necessary to select the profile with the heat-insulated bridge, that is, the passage for the heat conduction of the partition to achieve the purpose of thermal insulation.

2, glass

Insulating windows and doors need to use insulating glass, because the cavity between the insulating glass is filled with dry and static air, which greatly reduces the thermal conductivity. Therefore, the insulating glass has excellent heat insulation, sound insulation and frost resistance condensation. Performance, commonly used hollow glass glass thickness 5~6mm, common cavity thickness is 9mm, 12mm.

3, sealing material

The sealant used for thermal insulation doors and windows should be weather-resistant adhesive. The sealant strip should be made of neoprene products with excellent ozone corrosion resistance and UV aging resistance. Three or more sealing strips should be set for the door and window sash opening overlap.
