1. Plexiglas glasses (eye mask)
This kind of eye protector has good transparency, qualitative toughness, elasticity, low temperature resistance, light weight, and 10 times higher impact strength than ordinary glass. However, high temperature resistance and poor wear resistance. Mainly used for metal cutting, metal polishing, forging work pieces, grinding metal or stones and other places of work.
2. CR-39 glasses (eye mask)
This is a kind of plastic sheet with good strength and performance. It is characterized by light weight, high strength, good impact resistance, and wear resistance second only to glass.
3. Steel double yarn external net protective glasses This is a round frame made of metal, the frame is divided into two layers inside and outside, the inner layer is equipped with round flat glass lenses, install mirror feet. The outer layer is equipped with a steel wire latitude and longitude gauze. The upper edge is connected to the upper edge of the inner layer frame with controllable fasteners, and the lower edge is provided with hooks. The outer edges of the frames are connected to the temples, and the inner and outer frames are connected.
When worn, the double frames overlap to prevent the impact of the front and side spatters on the eyes. The wire gauze will reduce the visibility. When needed, the hook on the lower edge of the outer frame can be opened, and the 90 degree upward push is parallel to the line of sight. The upper edge controllable fastener can stabilize the outer frame angle and control sagging. This kind of protective mirror is suitable for metal cutting and grinding materials in the workplace, but should not be used in high temperature and electric shock workplaces.
4. Tempered glass glasses This glass is made of ordinary glass heated at 800°C～900°C, and then subjected to rapid cooling treatment to change the internal structural stress and improve the impact strength. This tempered glass sheet can withstand large impacts, and even if it breaks, it will not produce fragments, and its optical properties will not change.
5. Eye protectors made of other materials are aluminum eye masks and eye masks and face masks made of 16-gauge green wire gauze. They are suitable for construction, road building, rock drilling, blasting and other operations.

Select and use

When selecting eye and face protection products, users should pay attention to selecting eye-face protection products that meet the relevant national regulatory requirements, complete marks, and inspections. They should check their recent inspection reports and choose different varieties according to different protection purposes.
1. According to different purposes of use, correctly select the level of protection against eye protection, grade 1 and level 2 anti-impact eyeglasses are indicated by Gl and G2, respectively, and at the same time, the identification of the product should also be inspected.
2. Before use, it is necessary to check whether the parts of the impact-proof eye protectors are flexible and reliable, and check the surface quality of the glasses according to the requirements in the technical requirements of the kiln goggles. In case of impact accidents during use, severe lens wear, unclear vision, surface cracks, etc. that affect the quality of protection, they should be promptly inspected or replaced.
3. The safety glasses should be kept clean and hygienic. Contact with acids, alkalis, and other harmful substances should be avoided. Exposure to pressure, heat, moisture, and sunlight should be avoided so as not to affect their protective properties.
