First, preparations - preconditions for the construction of floor heating

1. Design drawings and other technical documents are complete and have been reviewed.

2. The approved construction plan or construction organization design has been technically exchanged and passed.

3. Construction personnel and agencies with construction qualifications can guarantee quantitative construction.

4. Preparations for the construction site: Walls have been plastered, floor screeds have been done, and temporary facilities such as construction water, electricity, material storage sites, etc.

5. According to design requirements, inspections of pipes, fittings and supporting materials are in compliance with the requirements.

Second, floor heating construction procedures and technical requirements

1. Lay the insulation material on the ground that has been leveled. The laying should be smooth and tightly lapped. There must be no other damage except the plastic staples that pass through the fixed heating pipe.

2. Lay the polyester film or reinforced aluminum foil reflective layer (may be prepared or laid on site).

3, heating tube matching and laying:

According to the design drawings to carry out the line (such as reflective film has been printed on the wire, this can be avoided), and piping (if the length of the design has been supplied, this can be avoided). The bending radius of the heating tube should not be less than 8 times the tube outer diameter. No joints are allowed in the filling layer and the heating tube is fixed (fixed by 3 methods). The distance between the fixed points of the heating pipe is 700mm for the straight pipe and 350mm for the bent pipe. At the 180°C turn, there should be five fixing clamps.

4. Installation of heat medium collection device (water separator):

Can be fixed in the wall or a special box, the general should be installed under the water separator, water collector on the spacing should be 200mm, water collector from the ground should not be less than 500mm.

5, heating pipe and distribution device connection:

Can use a dedicated clamp connection, can also use card sleeve connection. At the end of the heating pipe, insulation sleeves should be provided to prevent local ground temperature from being too high.

6. After the heating pipe and the assembly device are firmly connected, each channel should be flushed one by one until the water is clean.

7, with the construction unit for filling layer construction must be filled with water pressure system (pressure ≮ 0.6Mpa), pay attention to the expansion joint construction, extrusion of the heating pipe, concrete pouring pebbles and so on.

Third, the acceptance of heating construction project

Acceptance is divided into middle acceptance and completion acceptance. The intermediate acceptance is carried out by the construction unit and the construction supervision unit of the construction unit. Acceptance of the completion of work shall be organized by the competent authority for construction, design, supervision, construction, and related units.

A. Intermediate acceptance:

The middle acceptance process starts from the installation of the heating pipe and the heat collection device after the pressure is measured, until the concrete filling layer is retested during the curing period.

1, self test pressure:

After the heating pipe and the assembly device are completed, they should be self-checked once according to the specified pressure (usually 0.8MPa).

2, the middle acceptance test pressure:

The test pressure should not be less than the system static pressure 0.3MPa, and not less than 0.6MPa, should be strictly in accordance with the pressure test operation.

3. In the winter water inlet pressure test, reliable antifreeze measures shall be taken, or the air pressure test shall be carried out with the consent of the construction unit and the supervision department.

B. Completion acceptance:

1, should have the conditions:

Construction drawings, as-built drawings and design change documents; main material and product ex-factory certificates (or inspection records); intermediate acceptance records; project quality inspection and evaluation records.

2. Completion of inspections will be conducted during the 24-hour warm-up period, the 24-hour warm-up period and the 24-hour warm-up period.

The first time the heating should be slowly warming, first control the hot water temperature in the range of 25 °C -30 °C for 24 hours, and then warm up 5 °C every 24 hours until the design water temperature is reached.

3, the middle acceptance and completion acceptance, should be well documented, signed documents and filing.
