After the bearing has been in operation for 48 hours, a smooth grease gun is used to write the smooth grease to the injection oil on the bearing cap. Often check the looseness of the anchor bolts, whether the pump casing temperature and the inlet temperature are common, the fluctuation of the outlet pressure gauge and the oscillation of the pump. Pay attention to whether the pump works with or without noise. If it is found to be normal, it should be handled in time. Block the power supply. The liquid in the pump is emptied, and the impeller should be rotated 180 °C as scheduled to prevent the shaft from deforming until the pump body is completely cooled.
