However, some users in the country require that the steel drums not be equipped with venting sealers. The reason is that there is one more leakage factor for one venting sealer, and the cost of the steel tub is increased. This part of the user requires only one note for the steel drum. The latter two types of closures have good sealing performance and are used to contain goods requiring strong sealing performance. Which type of sealer is used in the open barrel, the manufacturer and the user can select the seal performance requirements of the steel barrel according to the contents. (3) The full open barrel can be one of the following: a, bolt type closed hoop; b. Lever type closed hoop. Lever-type closures are more complex but easier to use than bolted closures. Stud-type closures are stronger. Surface coating: The standard requires that the inner and outer surfaces of the steel drum be coated with a protective layer as required. The protective coating on the outer surface of the steel drum protects the surface of the steel drum from rust, improves the durability of the steel drum, and makes the outer surface of the steel drum beautiful. The inner surface of the steel drum is coated with a protective layer so that the contents are not directly contacted with the inner surface of the drum so as not to cause chemical and quality changes in the contents. Especially for steel drums containing foods, the protective coating on the inner surface can protect the contents from direct contact with the inner surface of the drum, and does not affect the food hygiene standards of the contents. The outer surface of the drum should generally be coated with a protective layer. However, the user may require that no protective layer be applied on the outer surface of the steel drum when the protective layer is not applied or the content of the steel drum does not need to be coated with a protective layer.
