To use this feature, we first need to create a new ISO document: right click on the directory where you want to create the document, select [New] - [New ISO Document] (Figure 1). If we want to open the document, double-click on the file name or select Open in the context menu. If the user has write access and the file is not locked by another authorized person, the user will lock the file. In this case, other users can only open in read-only or browse mode (see Figure 2). If we want to view this document, we can use the "view" mode, in which the system will convert the document according to the different format of the document: if the document is in .doc, .xls format, the system will automatically convert the file into pdf format for users to view.
