If the workpiece shown in Figure 1 is machined on a high-precision inner and outer cylindrical grinding machine, the accuracy is fully achievable. However, for units that do not normally have the above conditions, processing is more difficult. To this end, we designed a three-chord lined grinding tire (Figure 2). And equipped with two closed center frames 6 on the ordinary grinding machine, the three support points of the center frame should be supported by bakelite, to ensure that there is good connection between the three points and the inner hole grinding tire 7.
