Cone drilling die

There is a φ3mm hole on the tapered surface of the part shown in Figure 1. Previously drilled in a vertical milling machine, the cone must be clamped onto the indexing chuck. This processing method has low machine utilization rate and low production efficiency, and the labor intensity of the worker is large, and the parts of the indexing head are easily worn, and the accuracy of the indexing head is lowered. To this end, we have designed a special drilling mold with simple structure, strong adaptability, low cost, reliable clamping and suitable for mass production.
