Analysis of the first National Youth Technical and Technical Grand Prix
In October 1990, at the first National Youth Technology Competition held in Changchun No. 1 Automobile Factory, the car mechanics competition was to process five parts, and the fixed working hours were 8 hours. The competition scores for this competition: first, accuracy; second, processing speed. The five parts include two types of shafts and sleeves. The machining content includes double-head worm thread; the inner and outer taper fits, after the taper fit, the gap between the two planes is controlled to be between 0.02 and 0.04 mm; eccentric machining; M16× 1.5 Left and right -6g internal and external threading; processing of the annular groove; a 2×3mm end groove should be pulled out on the lathe.
