The radial ball bearings produced by our factory generally have a channel curvature of more than R25mm (Fig. 1). Previously, the channel was machined with a forming turning tool. Due to the wide blade width of the forming turning tool, it is easy to generate vibration during processing, which affects the processing quality, and has to increase the amount of magic cutting. To this end, we have designed this set of rotary cutters through trial and error (Figure 2).
