Sample usage:
Horizontal type pellet machine, use model 420, model 508(Typical Origin: Jiangsu Province), and MUYANG Group pellet machine (MUZL1610M) (Origin: Yangzhou city, Jiangsu province) for example, these types of pellet machine are suggested to fill grease manually by pneumatic grease machine every 3 hours, 3 times per shift.
 
Vertical type pellet machine, use model 560 and model 850, these types of pellet machine fill grease automatically by pellet machine's electric grease machine, normally, the filling time and period have been set up by the manufacturer.

How to select the right high temperature grease for your pellet machine?
1.PB PD value determines bearing life, normal complex grease average PB=600, PD=3000, the higher PB PD value, the longer bearing life.
2.Normally, pellet machine stable working temperature is around 130-140ºC, the peak temperature during unstable situation is 180-200ºC. Normal complex high temperature grease, for example, the complex lithium grease can resist 180-200ºC for 30 minutes. Absorbing Japan latest technology of polyurea grease makes our grease resist 180-200ºC for 2-3 hours.
 
Tips:
Any suppliers who claim their complex lithium grease's application temperature above 180ºC can't be trusted, because Mobil's complex high temperature lithium grease application temperature is only 180ºC.
