Wang Binghua, chairman of the National Nuclear Power Technology Corporation, said here today that the national nuclear power plan will create conditions for the company's overall listing in 2012.

The National Nuclear Power Technology Corporation held the 3rd Anniversary Conference in Beijing today. Wang Binghua said at the meeting that the next three years are the company's most critical development stage and the most important strategic opportunity period. He said that in order to complete the second round of industrial layout of the company, the state nuclear power will make great strides in capital operation and group development. The first is the growth of the company’s capital, the second is the formation of its own financial company, and the third is the overall listing, which will build the company into a “red enterprise” controlled by the central government and the central company, and open up access to the capital market. The fourth is the development of the group, seizing the favorable opportunities at home and abroad, mergers and reorganizations, and rapid growth, the establishment of enterprise groups.

In response to a reporter's question on the listing timetable, Wang Binghua replied that the national nuclear power will be divided into three steps during the listing process.

One is to complete the relevant formalities for the company's capital injection before the end of this year. The current capital of the national nuclear power is 4 billion, and the final capital will reach 10 billion. The capital injection will start in 2011 and be completed in three years.

The second is the completion of the formation of the financial company this year, the integration of corporate financial capital and industrial capital, the creation of value by relying on industrial capital, and the creation of value by relying on financial capital, and on the premise of ensuring safety, the company’s capital can be in the flow appreciation.

The third is to strive to enter the cultivation period of listed companies as soon as possible, and the incubation period is initially determined during the first half of 2011 to 2012. In the second half of 2012, conditions must be created to enable companies to successfully market.

Wang Binghua said, "We must build the company into a public-type enterprise with public participation and supervision by the public."

Wang Binghua also revealed that both Westinghouse and Sauer are very interested in becoming national nuclear power strategic partners in the process of listing the country’s nuclear power.
