The circuit topology of the switching power supply supports half-bridge current resonance (LLC) and flyback quasi-resonant mode (QR). By switching the operating mode, you can choose one of them. A gate drive circuit that drives an external power MOSFET is integrated, and the drive voltage is +6.0 to 15.0V. The user can set the shutdown threshold. The off-time detection method is the drain voltage detection method. By adopting the company's unique control method, it is possible to prevent backflow, misdetection, etc., and achieve stable work. The input voltage range is +6.0 to 15.0V. The switching frequency range is 25k to 500kHz in the LLC mode and 25k to 200kHz in the QR mode.
