Domestic chip manufacturers include Quanray, Kiloway, and national technology. The commonly used imported chip manufacturers are: NXP, Impinj, Alien, as well as ST, TI, etc. in the domestic use less. More commonly used models for imported chips are: UCODEG2XL and UCODEG2iL from NXP, Monza3, Monza4D, Monza5 from Impinj, and Higgs3 from Alien. However, due to the problem of the printer's own configuration, the current smaller-sized labels are difficult to pass. The purpose of the batch initialization of the printer, often encounter the label does not recognize or write errors, etc., and join the RFID module, it also greatly reduces the speed of industrial-grade printers. The second is the use of desktop readers to manually initialize tags. Although this method can initialize small-size electronic tags, the efficiency is very low, and similar problems such as data writing errors due to improper manual operations are also encountered. . At present, if you want to ensure 100% accuracy of the initialization tag, you can only solve these problems by printing the tag or performing a full test after initialization.

5, label damage in the production process The label is formed by the chip and the antenna, before the package into the finished product, only conductive adhesive between the chip and the antenna connection, the relative is still relatively weak. Whether it is the clothing manufacturer’s management or RFID manufacturers, employees in the clothing production line should be trained to avoid or minimize bending, kneading, rubbing, squeezing, squeezing, heavy pressure, and other actions that can easily damage the chip, so that the label can be normal. Used in the environment.

6, the problem of missed reading rate This problem is a relatively common phenomenon, in addition to the label itself, there are many factors that may lead to the occurrence of missed reading. For example: the reader power adjustment is too small, the antenna angle of the reader is not adjusted properly, the label position is too close to the metal button position on the clothing, the size of the label selection is too small, the gap between the label and the label does not overlap, and the clothing fabric or accessories Metal-rich ingredients, too many garments per box, excessive speed in the warehouse through the antenna channels of the reader, intentional obstructions by the human body in the store, and so on.

In fact, these problems can be solved under the guidance of a professional RFID company. End-users can't over-pursue the small size of labels and require long-distance identification of labels. In the principle of UHF RFID electronic labels, the smaller the label size, the longer the reading distance.
